Meet Dr. Yuqi Cao

Dr. Yuqi (Maya) Cao earned her undergraduate degree in biochemistry at Colgate University in upstate New York—where the school’s name made her eventual career path feel like destiny. She later earned her doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. As a general dentist, Dr. Cao is dedicated to comprehensive, compassionate care, with a focus on helping patients feel informed, comfortable & genuinely supported at every visit.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Cao is a passionate dancer & dedicated baker. She loves how both pursuits echo dentistry: equal parts precision, creativity & artistry. At home, she enjoys life with her husband & their orange cat, Coco.

Dr. Cao is fluent in Mandarin & is happy to help Mandarin-speaking patients communicate clearly & feel at ease throughout their care.
